PROGRESSIVE CAVITY PUMPS

HERO has enriched the market with a new dispensing technology based on the use of progressive cavity pumps (PCP), one of the best technologies currently available.

Progressive cavity pumps are particularly accurate and reliable dispensing devices that effectively manage the typical problems of pigment pastes for paints, even under severe working conditions.

The operating principle makes it possible to simplify the dispensing circuit, reducing it to a single component that performs the dual function of a (reversible) pump and valve.

SOFTWARE

HERO’s TintWise™ POS, is an application that allows for the control and management of HERO dispensers and it has proven to be one of the most user-friendly POS applications.

Having been developed in-house, it provides comprehensive management tools such as dispensing statistics and reports, with easy and intuitive access to formula book databases.

TintWise™ also interfaces with most color-matching software for POS applications, formula database management software and automated tinting management applications.
